  • We are constantly building infill projects, specifically sub-dividable lots that are able to accept 2, 3, or 4 homes. We are able to build these projects in 6-12 moths, depending on zoning requirements.

    Our custom builds are a class of their own. Our goal is to build the home you’ve always dreamed about while maintaining as much equity in your home as possible.

  • We haver done numerous commercial entitlement projects. Are most recent project was a 13 unit AirBnB development. After the project was permitted and approved, we sold the project for $2.1M.
